La Dune Blanche – Dakhla, Morocco

La Dune Blanche is one of the most iconic kitesurfing spots in the Dakhla lagoon: a huge white sand dune dropping into perfectly flat turquoise water, in the middle of a vast desert landscape. Mainly super flat to slightly choppy water, depending on tide and exact spot. At mid to low tide you often get butter-flat sections ideal for freestyle and speed runs. Depth changes quickly with tide: some very shallow areas and exposed sandbanks.

La Dune Blanche – Dakhla, Morocco

Oum Labouir & Laarich Dakhla,Morocco

Oum Labouir is the “classic” Dakhla wave spot and the one you see in a lot of photos and contests. It’s an open Atlantic bay with desert cliffs behind you and long, clean right-handers when the swell lines up. Very much a surf-style, waveboard, strapless-freestyle playground.

Speed Spot is one of the premier kitesurfing locations on the Dakhla lagoon, specifically renowned for its exceptional conditions for speed riding and racing. Lassarga Beach - Dakhla, Morocco

Lassarga sits right at the end of the peninsula where the Atlantic meets the lagoon. You have: Ocean side: long sandy beach with a right‑hand wave that can peel along the point – perfect for surf‑style kiting and surfing. Inside/lagoon side: a more protected stretch of flatter water (tide‑dependent) used for lessons, freeride, and foiling. The atmosphere is quieter and more “end of the world” than the main lagoon camps: a desert point, fishing boats, and a couple of eco‑lodges directly on the sand.
